📜 Welcome to Phase One📜
🌟 Your First Step Toward Lasting Recovery🌟
Phase One at Finding Hope Sober Living is designed for people early in recovery who want a safe, structured, and supportive environment to build a solid foundation for sober living.
This is our highest structure level of care, focused on accountability, daily routines, and building strong community support.
🏠 Who Is Phase One For?🏠
Phase One is ideal for:
Individuals newly sober who need daily accountability
Graduates of detox, Inpatient treatment, or PHP.
People transitioning from unstable or unsafe living situations
Anyone serious about building a solid, community-supported recovery plan
Whether you’re coming from treatment or starting over after relapse, Phase One is designed to help you stabilize and learn to live life on life’s terms—without drugs or alcohol.
🛡️What Phase One Offers🛡️
At Finding Hope Sober Living, Phase One includes:
24/7 sober environment
Structured and detailed daily expectations
Strict curfews with staged flexibility over time
Random but consistent drug and alcohol testing
Supportive peer community of others in recovery who want to get better
Weekly “in-house” meetings to get to know the people you are choosing to live with
Daily assigned chores to maintain the home’s cleanliness
Support and coaching in building your own recovery network
Our goal is to create a safe, sober, and respectful home where everyone supports each other in staying clean and building better lives.
🗝️ What We Expect from You🗝️
Phase One is structured because early recovery is when accountability matters most. All members agree to:
Maintain 100% sobriety (random and for-cause testing)
Attend 4 recovery meetings per week (dropping to 3 after 30 days)
Find full time employment within 2 weeks of admission
Have and maintain an active sponsor with daily contact
Complete assigned chores and house responsibilities
Follow quiet hours and curfews (strict early on, with gradual increase in flexibility)
Attend all mandatory house meetings
Respect all other members and staff
We will encourage and support you in developing these life skills, but you will be expected to own your recovery plan and commitments.
🔑 A Community of Accountability and Support🔑
Phase One isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a community, fellowship, and brotherhood. Members hold each other accountable, encourage each other through challenges, and celebrate milestones together.
We understand that early recovery is hard. That’s why Phase One is designed to surround you with support while teaching you the habits and skills you’ll need to stay sober for life.
